RESPONDING TO COVID-19

The safety and well-being of our staff and clients is our top priority.  We are committed to making every experience you have with us comfortable and enjoyable, and are taking steps to protect the health and wellness of everyone who enters our doors.

PROTECTIVE MEASURES

  • We strongly recommend people exhibiting signs of illness or cold/flu-like symptoms (i.e. cough, runny nose, fever) stay home and avoid being around other people.

  • Facility capacity and class sizes will be limited, and all persons in the studio (staff and clients) will be able to maintain a distance of at least six feet/two meters between one another.

  • Please do not enter the studio until 5 minutes prior to the start of your class and we highly suggest you have your pole attire on under your street clothing, so you can easily remove one or two layers and be ready for class.

  • The only items allowed on the studio floor are: yoga mats, towels, grip aids, water, phones, and Pole heels.  Personal bags, shoe boxes, and etc., will not be allowed on the studio floor.

  • One person at a time will be allowed in the changing room.

  • Reminder mechanisms such as visual aids in the forms of posters, floor markings, etc., will be on display informing and reminding staff and clients of social distancing and cleaning protocols throughout the studio.

  • Temperature screenings: Anyone with a temperature of 100 degrees Fahrenheit or higher, will not be allowed entry into the studio. All are encouraged to check your temperatures prior to leaving home as an extra layer of precaution.

  • Please bring your own personal protective equipment (i.e. appropriate face covering/masks to be worn over the nose and mouth).

  • You are encouraged to bring your own yoga mat. If you do not have your own yoga mat, the studio will provide you with one that will need to be thoroughly sanitized with disinfectant wipes or alcohol before and after usage.

  • Plenty of clean towels and alcohol will be available for your use and hand sanitizer will be placed throughout the studio.

  • No spotting will take place, however, safety mats will be available for use.

  • There will be a 15-30 minute break in between all classes to allot time for management to clean & disinfect all surfaces before the next group of clients enter.

  • Cashless transactions are encouraged for services and products rendered.

We realize we share intimate space and equipment and ask that everyone who visits our studio please help us to maintain a clean and safe environment. Staff and clients are encouraged to practice good studio hygiene, which includes:

  • Washing hands thoroughly with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds before classes begin and after classes end.

  • Wiping down the studio poles from top to bottom with the isopropyl alcohol spray bottles and a clean towel before and after usage.

  • Using the disinfect wipes and isopropyl alcohol spray bottles to disinfect any yoga mats, yoga blocks, yoga straps, safety crash mats, and foam rollers you use while at the studio.

  • Avoid touching your face, eyes, nose and mouth.

  • Covering any coughs and sneezes with a tissue or into your sleeve, not your hands.

  • Practicing social distancing in all areas of the studio.

These steps ensure both effective cleaning and employee safety.

PKPF has been and will continue to be proactive in our approach to keep our facility clean.  All surfaces will be disinfected daily and thoroughly, and all cleaning and/or disinfectant agents will be approved by management.

As always, our top priority is the health, safety and well-being of our clients and our staff, and we will continue to inform you of any and all changes.

Thank you and we look forward to welcoming you into the studio!
