POLE FOUNDATIONS

(Beginner Pole)

Curious about Pole?  Little or no pole dancing experience?  This is the class for you! Get up-close and personal with your new dance partner...the Pole!  We will introduce you to the basic fundamental pole moves, spins, twirls, struts and transitions of static pole.  Sexy, fun choreography will be taught. Practice on your right and left sides.

*Prerequisite: No Experience Necessary

*NO JEWELRY (RINGS, WATCHES, BRACELETS, ANKLETS, ETC.) WAISTBEADS TO BE TUCKED IN! NO CREAMS, MOISTURIZERS OR LOTIONS ON THE BODY! NO CHEWING GUM!

 

Attire: Shorts, sports bra, tank top, bare feet or socks.  No creams or lotions on the body.

PKPF LEVEL 1 POLE

​

Ready to move past the basics? Then this class is for you! This class is for those who are now climbing the pole, performing basic spins, pirouettes and other Pole foundational moves. Here you will build core and upper body strength. begin to prepare for floor inversions, learn more complex and combined spins, tricks, holds, multiple styles of pirouettes, and various Pole climbs. You will notice your strength and flexibility increase each week with consistent practice. Sexy, fun choreography will be taught. Practice on your right and left sides.

*Prerequisites: Must be able to climb a static Pole and execute a basic spin and pirouette on both the right and left sides.

​

PKPF LEVEL 2 POLE

​

This class is for students who are new to floor inversions. In this class, you will learn various inverted floor moves such as outside leg hangs, inside leg hangs, butterfly/extended butterfly, shoulder mounts, jade, brass monkey, and more.  You will also begin to prepare for aerial inversions. You will notice your strength and flexibility increase each week with consistent practice.  Practice on your right and left sides.

 

*Prerequisites: Must be able to forearm climb a static Pole and have a solid basic invert​ or outside leg hang; OR have successfully completed PKPF Level 1 Pole based upon Instructor’s approval.

 

*NO JEWELRY (RINGS, WATCHES, BRACELETS, ANKLETS, ETC.) WAISTBEADS TO BE TUCKED IN! NO CREAMS, MOISTURIZERS OR LOTIONS ON THE BODY! NO CHEWING GUM!

PKPF LEVEL 3 POLE

​

This class is for those who can successfully perform an aerial inversion and execute an outside and inside leg hang hands free. Here you will begin to work with fewer points of contact on the Pole and combine several consecutive aerial movements on the Pole such as an aerial Chopper to Outside Leg Hang to Butterfly to Extended Butterfly to Inverted D to Ayesha. Your strength will increase each week and you will be able to execute movements you never imagined possible. Movements in this class will require you practice on your right and left sides.

 

Prerequisites: Must be able to perform an aerial inversion and execute an outside and inside leg hang hands free.

PKPF LEVELS 1 & 2 POLE MIXED

​

PKPF LEVELS 2 & 3 POLE MIXED

​

This class will combine both PKPF Level 2 & PKPF Level 3 movements. Combinations will include inverted floor and inverted aerial Pole moves. Here you will learn various moves such as leg hangs, butterfly/extended butterfly, Ayesha, Allegra, shoulder mounts, and more. You will also begin to prepare for and refine aerial inversions and will notice your strength and flexibility increase each week with consistent practice. Practice on your right and left sides.

*Prerequisites for PKPF Level 2: Must be able to forearm climb a static pole; have a solid basic invert or outside leg hang OR have successfully completed PKPF Level 1 Pole based upon Instructor’s approval.

*Prerequisites for PKPF Level 3: Must be able to perform an aerial inversion and execute an outside and inside leg hang hands free.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

(All Levels)​

This is a mixed class incorporating strength & conditioning for students of all levels.  It is designed to help you strengthen and condition your overall body to safely advance to the next level of your Pole Dancing journey.  You will love the strength you gain and the fun you have doing it.  Practice on your right and left sides.

​

Attire: Pole or Yoga shorts, sports bra, and bare feet.  No creams, oils, moisturizers or lotions on the body to ensure a good grip on the pole.

 

*Prerequisite - A minimum of 2 Pole Foundations classes or have prior Pole experience.    

 

Attire: Pole or Yoga shorts, sports bra, or bare feet.  No creams or lotions on the body.

PKPF Invert Fundamentals & Drills

(Solid Chopper Required)​

​

If you have a solid chopper and are new to floor inversions this is the class for you! This class is designed to help you strengthen, condition and solidify your inversions. You will focus on invert drills and gain proficiency in lifting and not kicking into inverts, outside leg hangs, inside leg hangs, inverted T, and learning how to hold these positions without using your hands. This class is necessary to safely advance to the next level of your Pole Dancing journey. You will love the strength you gain and fun you have doing it. Practice on your right and left sides.


*Prerequisite - MUST have a solid chopper and/or successfully completed Level 1 Pole based upon Instructor’s approval.

KEEPIN' IT HEELS!

(Heels Class - Pole Based - High Beginner & Up)

​

Keepin’ It Heels will release your inner sexy and seductive goddess! Learn how to drag, glide, slide, clack and master your Pole and Dance flow in heels!  Understand the fundamentals of knowing how to use your dance shoes...all while being your sexiest self!  This is a mixed class incorporating beginner, level 1 and level 2 moves, so there will be something for everyone...all while Keepin’ It Heels!


Attire: Pole or Yoga shorts, knee pads (highly recommended), sports bra, and Pleaser shoes/boots. No creams or lotions on the body.

 

*Prerequisite - A minimum of 4 Pole Foundations classes or have prior Pole experience.

SPINNING POLE

(High Beginner & Up)

​

This class will help you learn the fundamentals of Spinning Pole, such as how to control your speed, gain momentum, overcome dizziness, transition smoothly and look graceful and sexy at the same time.  Be seen from all angles while spinning. Sexy, fun and challenging choreography will be taught. Work on both your right and left sides.

​

*Prerequisite - A minimum of 4 Pole Foundations classes or have prior Pole experience.  Must be able to climb the static Pole or receive Instructor's approval.

​

Attire: Shorts, sports bra, tank top, bare feet or socks, or Pleaser shoes/boots.  No creams or lotions on the body.

​

LET IT FLOW!

(Movement Based Flow Class - High Beginner & Up)

​

This dance and movement based class utilizes the Pole, floor and wall, and is designed to help you explore your own dance style while moving around the base of the Pole. You will be challenged with dance assignments, a variety of music styles and you will be encouraged to step outside of your comfort zone. Let It Flow will encourage and promote personal growth and creativity.

 

*Prerequisite - A minimum of 2 Pole Foundations classes or have prior Pole experience.

 

Attire - Pole or Yoga shorts, leggings, knee pads (highly recommended), leg warmers, barefoot or socks only.  No creams or lotions on the body.

LIQUID MOTION 1.0​
(Floor Based - All Levels)

​​

This is an open level class and no experience is necessary!  

 

Liquid Motion is a movement-based methodology that primarily uses floor work techniques and focuses on sensual movement, pelvic initiation and a full range of motion through rotation. Learn to focus on your senses, your breath, connection, intention and opening of the body. 

 

Come explore and discover your movement, create total body awareness, gain strength and confidence!

This IS NOT a Pole or heels class...barefoot and/or socks only and knee pads are REQUIRED.

 

 Attire - Knee pads REQUIRED, a variety of clothing ranging from shorts, sports bras, leg warmers, leggings, socks (ankle socks, knee socks, etc.) crop tops, tank tops, hoodies. Bring it all because you never know what dance mood you will be in!

LIQUID MOTION HEELS
(Floor Based - All Levels)

​​

This is an open level class and no experience is necessary!  

​

Come learn floor work/floor dancing and walking, all while exploring movement, sensuality, and heel work safely in your platform stilettos. 

​

 Attire - Knee pads REQUIRED. Recommended shoes for use on our studio floors and during class are 7" or 8" inch ANKLE STRAP Pleaser brand platform high heel shoes. Clothing ranging from shorts, sports bras, leg warmers, leggings, crop tops, tank tops, hoodies. Bring it all because you never know what dance mood you will be in!

PRACTICE POLE

​

This time allows you to refine your skills and practice what you’ve learned during class.  ALL LEVELS WELCOME!

​

*Prerequisite - A minimum of 2 prior Pole classes - all levels welcome! 

 

*Please Note - This is not an instructor led class!

​

Attire: Shorts, sports bra, tank top, bare feet or socks, or Pleaser shoes/boots.  No creams or lotions on the body.

STRETCH, FLEX & ABS

(All Levels)

 

This class is designed to increase flexibility, while incorporating an abdominal workout.  You will work on both static and active stretches to improve back, leg, hip, and shoulder flexibility, as well as forward and middle-split progression.  Students will use props such as yoga mats, yoga blocks and straps for additional support. All equipment will be supplied. Benefits of this class: enhance your moves on and off the pole, create clean lines, increase flexibility, have greater range of motion, reduce tension, improve balance and increase your sexy! 

 

*All levels are welcome. No experience necessary.

 

*Attire - Leggings, shorts or leg warmers, comfortable top, knee pads & layers are highly recommended, bare feet or socks.
