What is your refund/cancelation policy?​

Your $400 deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE once the appointment is scheduled and the deposit has been paid!

Changes (duration of party, date, and or time) may be made to parties up to 48 hours in advance, by calling the studio at 908-280-4994 or emailing us at info@purplekissespolefitness.com.  Credit towards a future party will be given as long as the party takes place within 60 days of the reserved date.

If you call to completely cancel your party, you forfeit your entire deposit, no rescheduling will be provided and no money will be refunded.

How do I make a reservation? 

Book online under the Parties tab at www.purplekissespolefitness.com, call us at 908-280-4994, or email us at info@purplekissespolefitness.com for our availability and schedule.  We require a deposit of $400 for all parties paid at the time of booking to confirm your spot.

 

This deposit covers up to 5 people.  If there are more than 5 people in your party, you will pay an additional $50 per person up to 20 people, due in full the day of your party at the studio.​

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 4 weeks before your party to ensure that you get the date and time you want. We are happy to accommodate bookings up to a week before your chosen date, however we may not be able to provide as wide a range of times or have availability.  If you’re looking far to the future, we recommend booking no more than 4 months out, to ensure that the studio and our staff are available.

Feel free to call us whenever you wish, and we can check our schedule for you. All parties are booked on a first come, first serve basis and the online scheduler is in real time and shows current availability.

Can we change at the studio?

Yes, we have a changing area where you can change before or after the party.

What happens when we arrive?

Once you arrive at the studio we will have everyone sign our waiver and take care of any remaining payment on your party. After you've been introduced to the studio and your instructor, we will run you through a sexy and fun warm up to get the nervousness out of everyone and get some blood flowing, and then begin the Pole portion of the party.  There will be plenty of photo and video opportunities.

How many poles do you have at the studio?

We have 5 Poles at Purple Kisses Pole Fitness. We max our Pole parties to 20 people since our space is smaller and more intimate.

Can we bring alcohol?

Wine is allowed in the studio during parties.  Please note we reserve the right to ask anyone who we feel is overly intoxicated to sit out during the lesson, as this is for your safety and the safety of all in attendance.​

Where is the studio located?

Our studio is located at 1025C Stuyvesant Avenue, Union, New Jersey, 07083, right in the heart of Union Center.

Where should we wear?

Go ahead show a little skin!  We recommend sexy, sultry outfits, booty shorts, garters, fishnets, leg-warmers, leggings, tanks, tees, barefoot, socks. NO G-STRINGS & NO NUDITY.  

IMPORTANT: Make sure you do not apply any grease/lotion/oils/creams the day of your party to ensure a good grip on the pole.  If you have any other questions, just let us know.

Should we arrive early?

PLAN TO ARRIVE EARLY!  Upon arrival, all participants are required to sign a waiver.  We recommend arriving 15 minutes early as your party starts and ends based upon the agreed upon time, even if all guests have not yet arrived.  Unfortunately there are no time extensions for late arrivals. The duration of time for a party is inclusive of all activities that will take place within the studio (changing, dancing, photos, gift exchange, etc).

Where should we park?
​You can park anywhere on the streets or in designated customer parking lots around our studio.  Note that some areas are metered and also have timed parking.  There is also a parking map guide listed within the 'Contact' section of our website.

How should we pay for additional people in our party?

Your deposit pays for the first 5 people in your party.  For parties of 5 or fewer, the deposit covers your party in full.  If there are more than 5 people in your party an additional per person charge ($50 per person up to 20 people) is due in full the day of your party at the studio. This is to be paid in either exact cash or in one transaction on a credit/debit card.  Please, no multiple transactions!​

Should we leave our instructor a tip?

You are welcome to leave your instructor a tip.  It’s always appreciated but not required. Parties that tip generally leave from 18%-20% of the total cost of the party.  Although cash works best, we can also process tips on your credit card at the end of the party.
